After multiple visits and attempts to upsell me into a complete replacement of my units by another company, I contacted wise heating and cooling.Best decision I could've made not only was the price great in the end but the service tech Aiden was amazing he explained everything as he went through the previous company's mess and determined what the original problem was and fixed it.He had to make a few trips to my home due to other jobs and time of day but I think he under charged us.He made sure my comfort was a priority.I feel this employee and the company he works for are incredible,upstanding and honest and really made me feel like they actually cared about their customers beyond just making money.I will be using them for all of my hvac needs in the future.

I would definitely give more stars if possible! Collin was so kind, knowledgeable, and fair. We have been having issues with our unit and had another company "fixing" it for a year and a half. They were supposed to be the experts and did a lot of expensive work. This was such a frustrating and confusing time! We did reach out to another company for a second opinion to no avail. When I reached Collin with Wise Heating we were grasping at straws. But he came in and took his time, looked into everything, and found some issues he wanted to correct. He was very responsive and never talked down to me (despite the fact that the inner workings of the unit are a mystery to me). He was able to schedule the work quickly, and found a few problems from the other company's work. Collin never spoke disparagingly about the other company which I appreciate despite my angst with them. In the end it only took Wise Heating a day to address and fix the problem to get my air conditioning working again. Also, they charged a very fair and reasonable amount. I can not recommend this company enough!

We felt like the bid he gave us was fair and not over priced. Knowledgeable, fast, friendly and professional. Was an unusual issue (odd pressure switch failure that looked like a power issue), but were able to isolate the issue and only charged for a faulty part rather than other issues that it could have been.

Waking up with no heat is never a good feeling! I called Wise Heating and they were able to sent Tech Aiden out the same day. He was kind and courteous, was able to explain the issue precisely and was able to order the part that day. Although we had to wait over the weekend for the part to arrive, Aiden showed up Monday morning and had the heat on before noon. These are my go-to HVAC guys now!

Great experience! I called Wise Heating & Air, and Collin answered. I let him know the problem I was having with my AC. He was in the area on service call and said he could stop by and take a look at my unit. Collin is very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem right away. Wise Heating technicians were knowledgeable, courteous and fast. When I lost my heat in the dead of winter, Colin came out after hours, that day. The work went well, prices were fair and they offered me alternatives that would save me money rather than trying to optimize profit for themselves. No scare tactics, no upselling. I will definitely call them again. Unlike a couple other companies I have used in the past, who started with a hefty fee just to get out of the truck.
